Insurance Accepted and Payment Plans

Both of our locations are cash-based practices, which means we do not participate in any insurance plans. By not participating with insurance we can provide care that is most appropriate for you and your specific needs without the limits of what insurance will allow. Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) are accepted at both locations.

Superbills are available upon request. Our office does not file insurance directly however this is a receipt that you can file with your insurance provider and they will reimburse you their allowed amount for services rendered. This reimbursement amount varies from plan to plan. Vitality Chiropractic does not guarantee that all insurance policies will cover chiropractic care, please check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage.
